Ruinous Rift

Well, that was intense.  While Hail was performing her ritual, Demons were coming out of the woodwork. The Elementalist, Spellweaver and Mindthief combined to form a perfectly tactical team when it came to dispatching these demons.  It was a close run thing but we all survived. Details... Forgotten Crypt

Well, that was interesting.  Hail required us to get her through an abominable temple to a crypt so she could do some research.  Scary stuff.  But we did it. The Brute came back to manage the undead. The Scoundrel made a last stand.  A last last stand. The Mindthief all but carried Hail the last few yards all on his own to make it all happen. The Scoundrel had been with us through thick and thin.  She had seen enough of the world and decided enough was enough.  She has retired and will no longer adventure with us. Enter the Elementalist! Abandoned Sewers

The Brute was off fondling his new axe so we invited the Spellweaver on our next adventure.  She sniffed haughtily at the idea of delving into the sewers of Gloomhaven, but when we offered she could try out her new poisons she was in. We were met by Giant Vipers and Oozes.  The Oozes were wall to wall at one point.  The scoundrel went ahead and encountered some Vermlings protecting a new potion, Minor Cure Potion.  He dispatched them quickly. We were victorious and found a cistern running deeper into the bowels of Gloohaven that looks curious indeed.  We also found a crack in the wall leading deeper into the ruins. Details.. Necromancer's Sactum

This was the big one.  The Brute had been looking forward to this spot for a long time.  He had heard rumors about ugly undead roaming the earth and now he'd seen it first hand.  He had also heard rumors about a way to rid the earth of these pesky varmints, a legendary axe kept hidden by an evil necromancer.  And finally he was on the mission to find this axe. First food.  At a local tavern the party found some technical magical trouble and while trying to be helpful barely escaped with their coin purses in tact.  And then on the way out of town a sack was lying there, just lying there for anyone to pick up, but the party walked on by.  It's hard to be good... and financially difficult. The party had a tough go as the scoundrel seemed still drunk from the tavern and whiffed more times than Uncle Sebastian leaning over ma's apple pie.  But we made it through and found Jekserah... but also the axe!  The Skullbane Axe is now possessed by the Bru...
